| The Spinnaker
Clinic is our half-day way to get you flying the "chute." Whether
you've never handled a spinnaker before, or need to better understand what
you're doing out there, this clinic will give you the confidence to go
"fly a kite."
You'll learn on a Beneteau First 210 or
a J-24, giving you the best of both worlds: a lighter, more manageable
boat for training, and deck and hardware layout similar to many larger
vessels.
Prerequisites: Basic Keelboat
certification or equivalent experience. Must have good boat handling
skills - if you're still confused about when the boat is actually crossing
the wind, this clinic is NOT for you!
